We supply this WC 63/8 mortise lock for toilet and bathroom doors that need a simple occupied-vacant function. The standard 63 mm centre distance and 8 mm follower accept every common bathroom turn, and the bronze forend matches our door handles and turn rosettes in the same finish. The lock arrives ready to fit, with strike plate and screws in the box.

Which door is this for?
This lock belongs on toilet and bathroom doors. Measure the backset of the lock you are replacing, from the forend to the centre of the spindle hole; if that is 50 mm and the turn sits 63 mm from the latch, this is the right lock. Combine it with a bathroom turn on an 8 mm spindle and a separate door handle on its own follower. Note that there is no cylinder hole — for a key-locking door choose the PC55 day & night lock or the SL56 lever lock.
