Fixed Door Knob on Oval Backplate - Keyhole 56 mm - Gunmetal PVD

We supply this Griff Meister fixed door knob on an oval backplate in a smoky gunmetal PVD finish, here with an SL56 keyhole cut-out. A fixed knob does not turn with the door: you pull or push it open and the key does the locking. The 56 mm cut-out lines up with the lever and cabinet locks fitted to most older interior doors, and gunmetal gives a softer, warmer alternative to black.

Which door is this for?

Choose this version for interior doors with a lever or cabinet lock, typically an older panel door or a store room door. Measure from the centre of the spindle to the centre of the keyhole on your existing hardware: 56 mm confirms the fit. The bore holes need to be 200 mm apart and the leaf 38 to 50 mm thick. The knob is supplied per piece, so order two to dress both faces of a door.
