Our Cornisa lever on a slim oval backplate comes here in a deep, smoky gunmetal that pairs beautifully with darker interiors. The plate carries a 56 mm keyhole for a traditional lever lock, so a study, storeroom or spare bedroom can still be locked with a key. The softly tapered lever is comfortable to grip and dresses period and modern doors with equal ease.

Choose this version for interior doors fitted with a lever lock that takes a classic bit key. Measure from the centre of the spindle hole to the centre of the keyhole on your existing lock: it should be 56 mm. Then confirm the two fixing holes sit 200 mm apart, and the backplate will line up with the holes already drilled in the door.
